Just wrapped up the slides for the first version of the The Joy of Sweave – A Beginner’s Guide to Reproducible Research with Sweave which I presented today in our lab. I am making the slides available under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License for anyone that might find them useful. Although I do not mention it in the presentation it has more of a mathematical biology flavour than most other Sweave introductions (which tend to be more statistically oriented).
The slides are here, the associated Sweave file (foo.Rnw) and the Makefile.
This is from the “Mario’s Entangled Bank” blog (http://pineda-krch.com) of Mario Pineda-Krch, a theoretical biologist at the University of Alberta.
