I noticed how John Myles White has posted a useful overview of Matrix Algebra in R. - Quick-R has a basic crib sheet of matrix algebra functions in R
- William Revelle posted some material on matrix algebra to accompany a course on SEM. A related more comprehensive ebook on psychometric theory is also available.
- Søren Højsgaard has a set of notes on R and matrix algebra.
- James H. Steiger also has a basic introduction to matrix algebra in R
